FireFlex foam is an excellent noise absorbing material and is rated for high-temperature applications or those requiring Class 1 rated materials. Heat resistant to 482°F and able to withstand constant temperatures up to 320°F, FireFlex panels are engineered for environments where temperatures are high, sparks or other hot materials may fly, large numbers of people congregate, or where building code requires fire-rated materials.

Serving the Twin Cities manufacturing sector, our FireFlex material features a porous acoustical melamine construction. The internal structure comprises a spacious cellular complex of slim, flexible webs that are membrane-free and completely open-celled, resulting in a lightweight and easy-to-install solution for your noise control needs.

Trusted by industrial facilities across Minneapolis-St. Paul, FireFlex panels are approved as a Class 1 building material and demonstrates superior chemical resistance. Available in three distinct colors—natural white, light gray, and charcoal—with the charcoal variant meeting European flame standards. 2. Multi-Spec latex—great for the theatre room or for that extra splash of color

• FabTec—FireFlex plus with fire-rated fabric, with a flat surface and fabric face, fabric wrapped edges, velcro-compatible, 4 stock fabric colors, custom colors available. All fabric colors are Class 1 rated.

• Max wedge—uniform wedge design helps trap airborne industrial noise. Open-cell structure dissipates noise energy to control harsh reflected noise and reverberations
• Hanging baffles—contoured profile anechoic wedge pattern absorbs and dissipates airborne noise
